Application of Alternating Current Stress Measurement Method in the Stress Detection of Long-Distance Oil Pipelines

With the development of pipeline networks, many safety accidents were caused by stress concentration; it is great significance to accurately monitor state for maintaining safety. In this paper, based on alternating current measurement (ACSM) methods, a 3D simulation model electromagnetic field was established ANSYS software. The distribution law magnetic and eddy analyzed, influence size structure parameters coil inside probe studied. internal detection system designed, static tensile experiment carried out. Simulation test results showed that excitation with larger diameter-to-height ratio had higher sensitivity. sensitivity decreased monotonically increase difference between inner diameter outer coil. It increased equivalent radius best obtained when located at center two legs U-magnetic core. could identify concentration area effectively after engineering.
